The Wood Fired Oven is the first mobile wood fired oven in Australia which started operation in 1999 at the Sydney Royal Easter Show.It can cook up to 50 7 inch personal pizza in a five minute cycle.The Wood Fired Oven uses real wood and DOES NOT use gas for cooking. All ingredients used in the Wood Fire Oven are made fresh daily inside the outlet including the freshly made pizza bases.
